Designing a Year That Can Hold You (A Nervous-System Based Visioning Workshop)
2025 is in the rearview mirror…and yet, chances are you have not had a moment to rest or breathe and think about what YOU need in 2026.
Designing a Year That Can Hold You is a gentle, values-based workshop for anyone who wants to begin the year with intention rooted in compassion rather than pressure.
Instead of focusing on goals or productivity, we’ll slow the nervous system enough to truly listen inward. Through grounding meditation, card-based reflection, journaling, and supportive sound, you’ll explore what feels most alive right now. You’ll consider what you’re ready to release, what you’re no longer willing to override, and what you most want to protect and embody in the season ahead.
From that grounded clarity, you’ll be guided into visualization and creative integration so your intentions become something you can see, feel, and return to throughout the year. This experience supports both inner alignment and outer expression - without forcing either - helping you design a year that honors your real capacity, welcomes all parts of you, and truly has the ability to hold you.
Mindfulness Skills for Nervous System Regulation (Virtual)
This mindfulness class series is not about mastering your nervous system—it’s about getting to know it. This series helps you to understand that regulation is not a skill to achieve but a rhythm to return to.
This offering is a foundational, skills-based course designed to help participants build practical tools for nervous system regulation. This Mindfulness Skill Development (MSD) course serves as an accessible entry point for people who want support working with stress, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity without committing to ongoing therapy. Or as an adjunct to therapy to build mindful awareness ofbehaviors or patterns that can be brought into therapy sessions.
MSD is not about forcing calm, fixing emotions, or bypassing discomfort. It’s about understanding how the nervous system works and learning skills that help people stay present, flexible, and resourced in everyday life. Each week builds on the next, weaving together psychoeducation, somatic practice, and reflection. The goal is to give participants both understanding and access—to experience what it feels like to live in dialogue with their nervous system.
This course blends:
Psychoeducation (clear, digestible)
Mindfulness and somatic practices
Reflection and integration
Practical take-home tools
Tangible Takeaways
A clearer understanding of how their nervous system responds to stress
Simple, repeatable tools for regulation

Costa Rica Wellness Retreat: A Journey Home Through the Chakras
You are invited to journey home to yourself - through the wisdom of the chakras.
For six nights on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s rare Blue Zones, we’ll gather at Salvatierra Retreat Center, where jungle meets sea. This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the body, the breath, and the subtle intelligence within.
Through yoga, somatic practices, sound healing, ritual, and creative exploration, we’ll work with the chakra system as a living map - guiding us toward nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and embodied wholeness. Each day offers space to listen inward, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the rhythms that support presence, clarity, and trust.
A Journey Home Through the Chakras is hosted and facilitated by Sonali Krish, LPC-A, founder of Sona Shala, and supported by nervous-system–informed guest practitioners.
Blending movement and stillness, nature immersion and reflection, this retreat offers a deeply held container for transformation and renewal. Cyclovia
Cyclovia ATX is a free open to the public all-ages, all-abilities, family-friendly Living Streets event produced by Ghisallo Cycling Initiative. While the event has a focus on bicycling, it includes a wide range of activities, performances, and showcases involving mobility, sustainability, and community.
Think of it as a festival of human-powered transportation with lots of other fun activities and community focused engagements mixed in. Based at the Dr. General Marshall Middle School campus (4401 Tilley St., Austin, TX 78723) in the Mueller Neighborhood the event includes 1 mile of adjacent Living Streets (closed to motorized vehicles) and nine activity zones including three parks.
Nothing at the event is for sale, and all of the Activation Partners are providing 100% free products, services, and activities. Come out to Cyclovia ATX, and spend time not money.
