4/18 Sound + Reiki
Join Sonali Krish & Favi Parilla for an evening of deep rest and energetic renewal through a guided sound and Reiki experience.
This offering weaves together meditative soundscapes and hands-on Reiki to support the nervous system in settling, restoring, and reconnecting. As you lie comfortably, you’ll be guided into stillness through breath and sound, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
Sound vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments create a gentle field for release and recalibration, while Reiki is offered throughout the room to support energetic balance and grounding.
This experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling more centered and supported.
No prior experience is needed - simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.⠀⠀

Pura Vida: Intentional Living for the Summer Season | A Mindfulness & Self-Care Workshop for Mental Health Professionals
In Costa Rica, the phrase “Pura Vida” translates literally to “Pure Life,” but culturally it means far more:
A way of living that prioritizes presence, connection, gratitude, and a slower pace.
For clinicians who spend their days holding space for others, this workshop invites participants to pause, reset, and intentionally design how they want to live, practice, and care for themselves during the summer season.
Through reflective exercises, mindfulness practices, creative exploration, and ethical discussion, participants will explore how intentional living can support clinician wellbeing, professional sustainability, and ethical practice.
This experiential workshop will guide participants in reconnecting with their values, identifying what they want more of in the coming season, and creating simple rituals that support sustainable presence in both life and clinical work.
We hope to see you on May 8!

Frequency: A Movement + Sound Experience
There is something we are always in relationship with - rhythm, breath, sound, the subtle frequencies moving through the body before they are ever named.
Frequency is not just what we hear. It is what we feel. The pace of the breath, the rhythm of the heart, the way the body responds before there is thought.
This experience is an invitation to tune into that - to notice how sound and movement are constantly informing each other. As music moves, the body follows. As the body opens, the way we receive sound changes. It becomes a conversation rather than something separate.
Movement, dance, and ritual woven together…structure softening into intuition, guidance opening into expression.
Kiana will be holding space in a new way, guiding through sound and DJing while creating a field that evolves in real time - something to move with, something to listen into. Sonali will guide movement, opening into intuitive flow and expression, and close with a sound bath to support integration - allowing the body to fully receive and settle.
There is no single way to experience this.
You may move.
You may dance.
You may pause.
You may lie down and listen.
All of it belongs.
Held in the park at sunset, the environment becomes part of the experience - the sound of the land, the rhythm of the space, the presence of community.
Small ritual elements will be woven throughout, along with curated goodies and a giveaway for Threshold: A New Year’s retreat in Costa Rica.
An invitation to arrive as you are, to tune in, and to be moved.
Costa Rica Wellness Retreat: A Journey Home Through the Chakras
You are invited to journey home to yourself - through the wisdom of the chakras.
For six nights on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s rare Blue Zones, we’ll gather at Salvatierra Retreat Center, where jungle meets sea. This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the body, the breath, and the subtle intelligence within.
Through yoga, somatic practices, sound healing, ritual, and creative exploration, we’ll work with the chakra system as a living map - guiding us toward nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and embodied wholeness. Each day offers space to listen inward, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the rhythms that support presence, clarity, and trust.
A Journey Home Through the Chakras is hosted and facilitated by Sonali Krish, LPC-A, founder of Sona Shala, and supported by nervous-system–informed guest practitioners.
Blending movement and stillness, nature immersion and reflection, this retreat offers a deeply held container for transformation and renewal. It is open to anyone and everyone - no prior yoga, meditation, or chakra experience required - and invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are, with curiosity, compassion, and care.
THRESHOLD: A New Year's Retreat
At the edge of the year, we pause. Not to rush into resolutions. Not to force clarity. Not to push ourselves forward. But to listen.
Winter is not a season of performance. It is a season of gestation. Of quiet truth. Of the unseen roots strengthening beneath the surface. THRESHOLD is an immersive New Year’s retreat devoted to that sacred in-between - the space where what has been begins to loosen, and what is becoming quietly takes form.
Together, we gather on the beaches of Costa Rica to honor this turning point with intention, embodiment, and nervous-system restoration. This is not a productivity reset. It is a return to inner alignment.
Hosted and facilitated by Sonali Krish, LPC-A, ERYT-500, founder of Sona Shala, and Kiana Ochoa, visionary facilitator and embodiment guide, this retreat weaves somatic grounding, vision work, ritual, neuroplasticity, and creative expression into a container that is both activating and deeply restorative.
Through movement, meditation, reflective inquiry, cacao, dance, and guided integration practices, we will:
Close the previous year with reverence and discernment
Identify inherited patterns and samskaras ready to soften
Reconnect with the body as the site of intuition and wisdom
Clarify vision through grounded nervous-system regulation
Cross the New Year threshold in community - embodied, steady, and awake
No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
This retreat is open to anyone ready to meet the next year from alignment rather than urgency.

Full Moon Yoga + Sound Bath
The name "Pink Moon" comes from Native American traditions, particularly among Algonquin tribes who named full moons to mark changing seasons. April's moon earned its name from the blooming of wild ground phlox or "moss pink" - one of the earliest spring flowers to appear. This naming tradition reflected indigenous peoples' deep connection to natural cycles, where celestial events were intertwined with earthly phenomena like plant growth and seasonal changes!
The Pink Moon symbolizes rebirth, renewal, and growth as we experience Spring awakening all around us! Sonali Krish will lead us in an evening of sound, gentle movement, surrender, love, and deep relaxation. Come experience a special evening filled with gentle movement, soothing sounds from the harmonium and singing bowls to promote deep relaxation at the cellular level. Expect to leave feeling nourished, centered, and ready to receive the rejuvenating energy of the Pink Moon.

Embodied Integration: A Nervous System Experience
Embodied Integration: Spring Equinox Ritual
with Sonali Krish + Tylee Personett
As the light and dark meet in equal measure, we gather to honor the threshold of spring.
Embodied Integration is a nervous-system-centered experience designed to support regulation, reflection, and renewal. This Spring Equinox offering features restorative movement, meditative practice, guided journaling, ritual, and immersive sound healing - all woven together to help you transition seasons with intention.
The equinox is not about sudden blooming. It is about balance. About listening to what has been quietly gestating beneath the surface and tending to it with care.
Together, we will move gently through restorative postures that invite the body into safety and softness. Through meditation and reflective prompts, we will explore what is ready to emerge and what still needs patience. Ritual will anchor the shift, honoring both release and renewal. Throughout the evening, sound will act as the steady thread, offering vibration and resonance to support integration at a cellular level.
This experience is not about pushing into the next season. It is about allowing your nervous system to acclimate to change with steadiness and awareness. Expect a spacious, accessible container where you can slow down, reconnect with your internal rhythm, and welcome spring in a way that feels grounded and true.
Open to all levels. No prior experience necessary.
Come as you are. Leave feeling balanced, resourced, and gently awakened.

Sound Healing, Cacao + Creative Meditation
This February, we gather in a softer rhythm - one that invites listening, creativity, and gentle expansion.
This experience weaves together sound healing, ceremonial cacao, and guided creative meditation to support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and intuitive insight. Rather than striving for clarity through thinking, we’ll allow it to emerge through sensation, imagination, and embodied presence.
We’ll begin by grounding the body and opening the senses with cacao - a heart-centered plant ally known for its ability to soften defenses and invite connection. From there, sound will guide us inward: crystal bowls, subtle rhythm, and spacious tones to help the nervous system settle and the mind release its grip.
The creative meditation portion invites you into watercolor painting - not as art to be judged or perfected, but as a form of listening. Color becomes a language for what’s moving beneath the surface. No artistic experience is needed; this is about expression, not outcome.
Expect:
• Sound healing for regulation and release
• Ceremonial cacao to open the heart and senses
• Guided visualization and creative meditation
• Watercolor painting as intuitive integration
• A closing reflection to anchor what emerged

Designing a Year That Can Hold You (A Nervous-System Based Visioning Workshop)
2025 is in the rearview mirror…and yet, chances are you have not had a moment to rest or breathe and think about what YOU need in 2026.
Designing a Year That Can Hold You is a gentle, values-based workshop for anyone who wants to begin the year with intention rooted in compassion rather than pressure.
Instead of focusing on goals or productivity, we’ll slow the nervous system enough to truly listen inward. Through grounding meditation, card-based reflection, journaling, and supportive sound, you’ll explore what feels most alive right now. You’ll consider what you’re ready to release, what you’re no longer willing to override, and what you most want to protect and embody in the season ahead.
From that grounded clarity, you’ll be guided into visualization and creative integration so your intentions become something you can see, feel, and return to throughout the year. This experience supports both inner alignment and outer expression - without forcing either - helping you design a year that honors your real capacity, welcomes all parts of you, and truly has the ability to hold you.
