Sound Healing, Cacao + Creative Meditation

This February, we gather in a softer rhythm - one that invites listening, creativity, and gentle expansion.

This experience weaves together sound healing, ceremonial cacao, and guided creative meditation to support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and intuitive insight. Rather than striving for clarity through thinking, we’ll allow it to emerge through sensation, imagination, and embodied presence.

We’ll begin by grounding the body and opening the senses with cacao - a heart-centered plant ally known for its ability to soften defenses and invite connection. From there, sound will guide us inward: crystal bowls, subtle rhythm, and spacious tones to help the nervous system settle and the mind release its grip.

The creative meditation portion invites you into watercolor painting - not as art to be judged or perfected, but as a form of listening. Color becomes a language for what’s moving beneath the surface. No artistic experience is needed; this is about expression, not outcome.

Expect:

• Sound healing for regulation and release

• Ceremonial cacao to open the heart and senses

• Guided visualization and creative meditation

• Watercolor painting as intuitive integration

• A closing reflection to anchor what emerged
