Golden Frequencies: Soundbath in the Treehouse

There are some spaces that invite us to listen differently.

Golden Frequencies is an immersive sound experience held in the Treehouse at Pease Park - an evening suspended among the trees to slow down, soften some of the doing, and return attention to the body. The experience will begin with gentle grounding, breath, and guided meditation before unfolding into an extended sound immersion. Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, harmonium, ocean drum, and other instruments will create layers of vibration alongside the living soundscape of the park. Wind through the trees. Birds moving overhead. The sounds of life continuing around and beneath the Treehouse. Here, those sounds aren’t interruptions to the practice. They become part of it.

The invitation is to listen - to vibration, to breath, to the world around us, to the quieter places within that can become harder to hear beneath the noise of everyday life. A space to receive without needing to accomplish. To rest without needing to earn it. To be held by sound, community, and the living world for a little while.

Come exactly as you are.

Please be aware that there is a 20-person limit to the number of people who can be on the net at the top of the Treehouse. Because of this restriction, a ticket to the top of the Treehouse for this event will be $12 and access will be limited. Additional listening space will be at the bottom of the Treehouse and across the trail for free.
