a space with you in mind

Sona Shala is a space for nervous system healing, embodied presence, movement, sound, and return.

Led by Sonali Krish - licensed therapist associate, ERYT-500 yoga teacher, and sound healer - this work integrates somatic healing, trauma-conscious care, yoga philosophy, ritual, and nervous system-informed practices to support the whole person.

Whether through therapy, yoga, mentorship, retreats, sound journeys, or workshops, each offering is designed to feel like a soft place to land. A place to slow down. To reconnect. To remember yourself again.

Each offering inside Sona Shala is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

Rooted in nervous system care, somatic healing, movement, sound, and embodied presence, these spaces are designed to support the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and story.

Whether through 1:1 sessions, mentorship, retreats, yoga, sound healing, or community experiences, this work exists to help you reconnect with yourself in a more honest, grounded, and supported way.

“Home isn’t a place. It’s the way you hold yourself when you return to presence.”
